Returns
- 30-Day Window: You may return most unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items (with original tags and packaging) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Exceptions:
- Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings (for pierced ears) and customized/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- Size/Color Swaps: We gladly offer exchanges for jewelry/accessory colors, subject to availability. Contact us at care@365lifeflare.com to confirm stock before returning.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at care@365lifeflare.com within 7 days with photos/video proof. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.
- Exchange/Replacement products will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email care@365lifeflare.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Ship Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (include all certificates for jewelry). Use a tracked shipping method and retain the receipt until your refund is processed.
- Wait for Confirmation: We’ll notify you via email once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items showing signs of damage after delivery, or missing tags/packaging.
- Products purchased during promotional sales marked “Final Sale.”
- Gifts without proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
Jewelry-Specific Notes
- Quality Assurance: Every jewelry piece undergoes rigorous quality checks. If you suspect a craftsmanship issue, contact us immediately.
- Gemstone Care: Natural gemstones may have slight variations in color or inclusions—these are part of their unique beauty and not considered defects.
