Our team operates globally, but all orders are fulfilled from our ethically partnered workshops and warehouses.

3. Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We never store your credit card details.

We prioritize quality and ethics:

5. Can I customize jewelry?

  • Store in provided anti-tarnish pouches.

9. Can I return clothing if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! Unworn, tagged items can be returned within 30 days. Review our Return Policy for details.


Orders & Shipping

10. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard: 5–7 business days (domestic).
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (additional fee).
  • International: 7–15 business days (varies by country).

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Customs/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

12. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at Care@365lifeflare.com . We’ll try to adjust your order if it hasn’t been processed.


Returns & Exchanges

13. What’s your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days if unworn/unused with original tags. Exceptions:

  • Jewelry: Earrings (hygiene reasons) and customized pieces.
  • Clothing: Swimwear, lingerie, and final sale items.
